This policy explains what Konsta Books collects at konstabooks.com, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you buy. We use it to create your order, deliver your files, and answer you.
• Order details: what you bought, the amount, the date, and the payment status.
• Basic visit data: which of our pages were opened, clicks on the buy button, the page that sent you to us, campaign tags in the link, whether you are on a phone, and a random visitor ID stored in your browser. This ID does not contain your name.
• Technical logs: your IP address and browser type, kept for a short time to keep the website safe and working.

We do not ask about your health. Please do not send us medical records.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled by LavaTop (lava.top) and its payment partners under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and browser storage

• One cookie remembers the time of your first visit, so the launch price and its timer stay correct.
• Your browser stores a random visitor ID and, while you are paying, your order reference, so your files can open after payment.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run third-party trackers or ad pixels on this website.

Who we share data with

• LavaTop, to take your payment. They receive your email and the order amount.
• Our email delivery provider, to send your files and receipts.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the server.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Marketing email

Buying the handbook does not sign you up for a newsletter. We email you about your order. If we ever offer a newsletter, you will have to opt in, and every message will have an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep data

We keep order records for as long as we need them for refunds, support, and tax and accounting rules. We keep visit data for up to 24 months, then delete it or keep only totals.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to support@konstabooks.com from the email address you used to buy. We answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

Where data is processed

Our server and service providers may be located outside your country, including outside the United States. By using this website you understand that your data may be processed there.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
