Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from Konsta Books at konstabooks.com. By paying, you agree to them. They are short on purpose. Please read them.

1. Who we are

Konsta Books sells the e-book NOT CRAZY, JUST HORMONES: The Handbook for Women Over 40, written by Konstantin, MD, PhD. You can reach us at support@konstabooks.com.

2. What you buy

You buy a digital product: one handbook and 6 bonus files, 7 PDF files in total. Nothing is shipped by mail. There is no subscription and no repeat charge. You pay once.

3. Price and payment

• The price is in U.S. dollars. The price on the checkout page is the price you pay.
• New visitors may see a lower launch price for a limited time after their first visit. When that time ends, the regular price applies.
• Payment is handled by LavaTop (lava.top) and its payment partners. We never see or store your card number.
• Your bank may add its own fees, for example a currency fee. Those are set by your bank, not by us.

4. Delivery

Your files open on a page right after your payment is confirmed. This usually takes a few seconds. If we have your email set up for delivery, we also send you a link to that page. Download links work for a limited time. Your purchase page gives you fresh links whenever you open it.

If your files do not arrive, write to support@konstabooks.com and we will send them by hand.

5. How you may use the files

The files are for you. You may keep them on your own devices and print them for your own use, including the pages you take to your doctor. You may not resell them, post them online, or share your download links. All rights in the text and design stay with the author.

6. Refunds

You have 14 days to ask for a full refund, for any reason. See the Refund Policy.

7. This is education, not medical care

The handbook teaches. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a visit to your doctor. Buying or reading it does not make you a patient of the author. Please read the Medical Disclaimer. It is part of these terms.

8. Our responsibility

We provide the files as they are. We do not promise any health result. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.
