Refund Policy

How it works

1. Within 14 days of your purchase, reply to the email that delivered your files and write "refund". If you cannot find that email, write to support@konstabooks.com from the email address you used to pay.
2. We refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
3. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

How long it takes

We start the refund within 2 business days. Your bank then usually needs 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

What happens to the files

After a refund, the download links for that order stop working.

Charged by mistake or charged twice?

Write to us first at support@konstabooks.com. We fix it faster than a dispute with your bank can.

After 14 days

If your files never arrived or do not open, write to us at any time. We will fix it or refund you.
